Course description

This is the most comprehensive communication and sales training course at Star Sport. It goes beyond theory and teaches admins to handle every parent situation with confidence, clarity, and genuine care.

The course is built on three foundations:

•  The Sandra–Sandler Communication Method — a globally proven, consultative approach that removes pressure and builds real trust

•  Language Confidence for Filipino Admins — practical English phrase coaching, voice confidence tools, and the exact words that work

•  Star Sport Academy Mastery — deep knowledge of the academy’s programs, technology, venues, leagues, and 12-month development system

Admins will study seven training chapters before reaching the final assessment:

•  Chapter 1 — The Sandra–Sandler Philosophy: why consultative, no-pressure communication works

•  Chapter 2 — Language Confidence: phrase replacements, voice quality, and power phrases for Filipino admins

•  Chapter 3 — Parent Psychology: the five fears, the four parent types, and what every parent really wants

•  Chapter 4 — Selling Star Sport Academy: the apps, structured curriculum, 12-month program, leagues, Gothia Cup, venues

•  Chapter 5 — Real Parent Scenarios: first calls, overdue payments, makeup classes, absent students, complaints

•  Chapter 6 — The Daily Practice System: recording, partner practice, and weekly self-assessment

The course concludes with a 55-question assessment across 12 sections — testing not just memory, but real judgment in the situations admins face every day.

• Replace weak language habits with confident, warm, professional English phrases
• Identify which of the four parent types they are speaking to and adjust their approach
• Practice daily with a partner using the Sandra Criteria feedback system
• Present every Star Sport advantage — the app, structured curriculum, 12-month program, leagues, Gothia Cup, and venues — naturally and confidently
• Score 80% or above on the final 55-question assessment
